Director and Lead Adviser since setting up the firm in January 2000. Steve entered the industry in May 1988 as Sales Associate with Abbey Life before taking on a Sales Management role with Lincoln Financial Group in the mid 1990's. He plans to attract more new clients as the need for advice escalates and is confident that the team is positioned perfectly to rise to the challenge.
Joy joined Steve Cant & Associates at it's inception in 2000 as a Personal Assistant to Steve, after a successful role as Office Manager with Lincoln Financial Group. She is an invaluable asset to have in the team, having qualified in 2006 to advise on protection assurance.
Gill joined us as Office Manager in April 2007 and has provided a well organised structure in a very demanding environment, relying on previous client contact experience in financial services.
